At Wellness Institute of Nevada, we make every effort to make the billing process as clear and uncomplicated as possible. Unfortunately, by the very nature of the insurance system here in the United States, the billing process can be very complicated.

Understanding which of “co-pay”, “co-insurance”, “deductible”, “non-covered services”, “limited number of covered visits”, “contracted allowed amount”, etc. applies to your specific plan and how each affects the amount you must pay out of pocket is sometimes even daunting for us who deal with insurance providers on a daily basis.
